About The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for an Automotive Stock Controller/Automotive Administrator to join our team. The chance to work in a quick paced environment will give the candidate the opportunity to show their organisational skills and communication skills. This role calls for someone who is confident and process driven - a role that the candidate can truly make their own.

Key Responsibilities
Maintaining Vehicle Stock across multiple Vehicle Brands
Manufacturer Incentives/Bonuses
Communicating and assisting the Sales Team with sales processes and administration duties to ensure correct policies and procedures are being followed.
New/Used vehicle registrations, transfers and disposals.




Maintaining Vehicle Delivery Process and ensuring accuracy and timeliness is followed.
Ensuring errors, inaccuracies and discrepancies are resolved and addressed in a timely manner.

Qualifications And Experience
Era/Pentana Experience is preferred but not essential
History in Stock Control or similar role is highly desirable.
A positive attitude
Excellent Team Player
Ability to maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Strong Time Management Skills
Ability to preform under pressure.
