Reporting directly to the Chief Sales & Marketing Officer, you will own marketing and play a key role in identifying growth opportunities, generating qualified leads, and influencing commercial outcomes across the business.

About YouYou are commercially minded, naturally curious, analytical, and proactive.
You ask questions, challenge assumptions, think strategically,



and are ahead of the game.
You bring proven B2B marketing experience, with a strong ability to generate leads, support revenue growth and use digital marketing, CRM, data, customer insights and AI to improve performance.
With no direct reports, you will be confident in owning and managing external partnerships to deliver successful outcomes.
Experience in industrial, engineering, manufacturing, or technical environments will be highly regarded, along with solid stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
What You'll Own
Developing and executing marketing strategies that support profitable business growth
Generating qualified sales opportunities through targeted campaigns and customer engagement
Driving customer and market insight initiatives, including Voice of Customer programs
Identifying emerging industries, growth sectors and market opportunities
Managing RUD's digital presence, CRM and customer engagement channels
Creating compelling content, customer success stories and sales enablement tools
Coordinating exhibitions, events and brand-building activities
Leveraging data, technology and AI to improve marketing effectiveness
