About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Planner to join our Queensland team.
In this role, you will develop and implement maintenance planning strategies, establish preventive and predictive maintenance programs, and optimise the use of our Computerised Maintenance Management System (SimPRO).
You will play a key role in improving equipment reliability and supporting efficient service delivery across our customers commercial kitchen exhaust and ventilation assets.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement maintenance planning strategies for kitchen exhaust and ventilation systems
Create and maintain preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance programs
Manage and optimise the SimPRO CMMS,
including asset data, job plans and maintenance strategies
Analyse maintenance data and identify opportunities to improve reliability and reduce downtime
Plan and coordinate resources to support the effective delivery of maintenance activities
Monitor maintenance performance and prepare regular performance reports and analysis
About You
Proven experience in maintenance planning or maintenance engineering roles
Solid proficiency in Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (SimPRO or equivalent)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
Excellent organisational and communication skills
