Property Systems Technical Specialist (Property Platforms – MRI / Yardi or Similar)
We are looking for aBusiness Analystto support and enhance the organisation's coreproperty management technology platform.
This role sits within the internal technology team and focuses on ensuring the company's current implementation of their coreproperty management system is scoped and implemented appropriately.
There will be a focus on minimising customisation and designing / standardising process to fit the system.
You will work closely with teams across the organisation includingfinance, operations and property managementto understand system needs, improve processes and deliver technical solutions within platforms such asMRI, Yardi or other enterprise property systems.
Skills & Experience
Strong, proven experience working withproperty management platformssuch asMRI, Yardi or similar real estate systems
Strong process design and mapping skills.
Strong stakeholder requirements skills.
Ability to push back, question decisions appropriately and
Permanent, Consulting and Fractional Candidates (2/3 days a week) will also be considered.
