This is a rare opportunity to lead Bevilles' creative function end-to-end, driving compelling brand storytelling and visual identity across campaigns, retail, print, digital, social, and eCommerce channels.
Combining strategic creative leadership with hands-on creative execution, you'll play a pivotal role in bringing our brand to life while leading and developing a talented creative team.
About the Prospect
Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you'll lead a team of Graphic Designers and a Multimedia Specialist while partnering closely with marketing, retail, and external creative partners to deliver exceptional creative outcomes.
You'll be the guardian of the Bevilles brand, ensuring every campaign, photoshoot, print asset, and digital experience reflects our brand vision and commercial objectives.
What You'll Be Doing
Lead the creative direction and execution of integrated campaigns across retail, print, digital, social, and eCommerce channels
Champion and protect the Bevilles visual identity across every customer touchpoint
Oversee campaign and product photography, print production, and creative asset development
Manage and mentor a team of creative professionals, fostering creativity, accountability, and growth
Direct photoshoots and collaborate with photographers, stylists, agencies, and production partners
Lead the creation of seasonal lookbooks, campaign assets, brand guidelines, and content playbooks




Present creative concepts and recommendations to senior stakeholders with confidence and influence
Balance creative excellence with commercial outcomes, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within budget
About You
You're a strategic and commercially minded creative leader who thrives on bringing brands to life.
You're equally comfortable setting the creative vision, leading a team, and rolling up your sleeves to execute outstanding creative work.
You'll bring:
5+ years' experience in creative leadership, ideally within a retail environment
Proven success leading integrated campaigns, photoshoots, and brand activations across print and digital channels
Experience managing, mentoring, and developing creative teams
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
A portfolio showcasing brand storytelling, campaign development, photography, and creative execution
Strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and a passion for creative excellence
A degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, Visual Arts, or a related discipline
Experience with eCommerce, retail design, UX/UI, Shopify, or digital marketing tools will be highly regarded
