What You'll Need to Apply
Qualified Professional:Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent).
Aged Care Experience:Proven experience cooking within a residential aged care or high-volume healthcare environment.
Specialized Knowledge:Proficiency inIDDSI (Texture Modified Diets)and specialized nutritional requirements for the elderly.
Compliance:Current Food Safety Supervisor Certificate.
Clearances:A current National Police Check or NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
Right to Work:Valid Australian working rights (please note: sponsorship is not available).
