As our Communications & Stakeholder Engagement Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting communications and community engagement activities that connect our projects with customers, stakeholders and the broader community.
Based in Bundall, this role will provide administrative and engagement support across a diverse portfolio of infrastructure projects, ensuring stakeholders are informed and community relationships are maintained throughout project delivery.
Key responsibilities include:Supporting the delivery of project related community engagement activitiesAssisting with stakeholder enquiries, complaints and community communicationsCoordinating the printing and distribution of project notifications and communication materialsMaintaining stakeholder databases and registersProviding administrative support for website updates, social media content and reporting activitiesAssisting with internal communications including newsletters, posters, event invitations and other collateralAttending customer and community engagement meetings and supporting stakeholder negotiations where required What We're Looking For To be successful in this role, you will bring strong communication and organisational skills together with a customer focused approach and a passion for stakeholder engagement.
