What You'll Be Doing
As a Commercial Refrigeration & HVAC Technician, you'll work across a diverse range of service, maintenance and project activities, including:
Service, preventative maintenance, fault finding and breakdown repairs on commercial refrigeration and HVAC systems.
Working on a variety of equipment including compressor racks, chillers, cool rooms, freezer rooms, package units and associated plant.
Diagnosing and rectifying refrigeration and control system faults.
Carrying out testing, commissioning, refrigerant handling and system performance checks.
Completing scheduled preventative maintenance to ensure plant reliability and efficiency.
Identifying opportunities for repairs, upgrades and system improvements.
Maintaining accurate digital service records and communicating effectively with clients and the internal team.
Working autonomously while upholding the highest standards of safety, workmanship and customer service.

What We're Looking For
We're looking for a motivated and experienced Commercial Refrigeration & HVAC Technician who takes pride in delivering quality workmanship and customer service.
You will ideally have:
Experience in commercial refrigeration and HVAC service and maintenance.
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills across a range of commercial refrigeration and air conditioning systems.
Experience working with chillers, compressor racks, cool rooms, freezer rooms and associated plant.
Ammonia refrigeration experience (desirable but not essential).
The ability to work independently, manage your own workload and deliver excellent customer outcomes.
A proactive approach to safety, problem-solving and continuous improvement.
Good communication, time management and teamwork skills.
Willingness to participate in an on‐call roster and overtime as required.
Qualifications & Licences
Certificate III in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning.
Current NSW Fair Trading Contractor or Supervisor Licence (Air Conditioning & Refrigeration).
Current ARCtick Refrigerant Handling Licence.
Current NSW Driver's Licence.
White Card.
Australian citizenship or permanent residency.
