We have an exciting prospect for a driven Corporate Sales Manager to join a energetic and market‑leading Global Transport & Logistics Solutions Provider. Reporting to the Director of Sales, your remit will be to present a face‑to‑face customer interface, represent the full range of products and solutions, and offer integrated solutions to ensure high customer retention and significant growth potential. You will target customers across our key verticals such as Retail, FMCG, Healthcare, Technology, and Automotive.

Salary: AUD 160,000 – AUD 190,000 per annum + car allowance + commission + super (package $200–$220 K + commissions). Achievable & Attractive Bonus Structure. National Scope.

Responsibilities
Business Development – Monitor and engage with the market to understand trends and local country business strategies.
Financial Management – Ensure profitability and achievement of sales plan to budget.
Management Information – Gather, consolidate, analyze and report on area‑level sales performance.




Process Management – Maintain live and accurate portfolio with account potential sufficient to generate the target pipeline.
Organisational Culture – Create a positive work culture to ensure staff commitment to the company.
Leadership – Steer, develop and motivate internal resources for individual and company objectives.
Relationship Management – Cooperate with managers in other parts of the Group outside the country.
Compliance and Internal Policies – Ensure adherence to company policies.

Qualifications
University degree or industry‑related qualifications (preferred but not essential).
Minimum 5 years experience with a documented sales record.
Sales experience and working knowledge of the international transportation and logistics industry.
Familiarity with the financial aspects of the relevant local economy and international market conditions, including market rates, currency factors and cultural differences.
Valuable technology skills, familiarity with Microsoft Office.
Presentation techniques, comfortable with meetings and presenting for groups of 5 + people.
