The Role
As a Manufacturing Coordinator / Section Leader, you will:
Oversee daily manufacturing activities
Manage inventory control
Ensure quality and safety compliance
Lead and motivate the production team
Key Responsibilities
Plan and manage production schedules
Monitor production KPIs
Report to the General Manager
Requirements
Minimum 3 years in manufacturing
Leadership and team management experience
Solid organisational skills
Knowledge of lean manufacturing
Proficiency in MS Office
Valid driver’s licence; forklift licence preferred
