Key Responsibilities
Leading month‑end reporting, including preparation and review of management accounts, balance sheet reconciliations and financial analysis;
Delivering insightful variance analysis and performance reporting to support commercial decision‑making;
Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, internal controls and financial policies;
Supporting statutory reporting requirements and coordinating external audit activities;
Developing financial models and providing ad hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives;
Assisting budgeting, forecasting and cash flow processes in partnership with operational stakeholders;




Driving process improvement across finance systems, reporting and controls;
Partnering with senior leaders across the business to improve financial performance and accountability;
Oversight of AR/AP

Qualifications

CPA qualified, you will ideally bring experience within the not‑for‑profit sector, coupled with industry experience in a commercially focused finance role. You will possess solid technical accounting capabilities, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced, purpose‑driven workplace.
