This role is as National Sales Manager for Master Martini. They’re part of a global business headquartered in Italy, supplying high-quality ingredients into bakeries, hotels, manufacturers and food service businesses across ANZ. Products like specialty butters, margarine, chocolate, pistachio spreads, and more.





The current sales team has positive people in it, but they need leadership, coaching, consistency and someone who can drive standards, accountability and performance properly.

You’ll be managing 6 reps nationally, with growth into Perth already on the horizon. This is not a “sit back and manage reports” sales manager role. You’ll be heavily involved with the team - and the role involves quite consistent national travel to visit & train the sales reps in Vic, QLD & Perth. The role also requires some overseas travel to Europe & Asia.

You won’t carry your own personal sales target - your job is to own the national number and make sure the team hits it.

You’ll report to and work directly with the CEO in liaison with the head office in Italy. The business itself is fast-moving and evolving constantly.

The Sydney head office is in Homebush, and comes with WFH flexibility.
