About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Engineer to grow our presence across Current South Wales.
This role combines technical expertise and commercial acumen to deliver practical, high-performance solutions to customers.

Key Responsibilities
Develop new business opportunities across agricultural and industrial sectors
Maintain and grow relationships with dealers, contractors, and end users
Conduct site visits to farms, irrigation systems, and industrial facilities
Deliver solution-based recommendations aligned to customer needs
Prepare proposals, quotes,



and technical recommendations
Provide after-sales support and performance optimisation advice
Maintain accurate CRM, pipeline reporting, and forecasting
Track industry trends and identify growth opportunities
About You
Proven B2B sales experience in industrial, agricultural, or engineering environments
Strong understanding of pumps, fluid systems, or mechanical equipment
Experience working with dealer networks or indirect channels
Technical aptitude with a consultative sales approach
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to work autonomously in a field-based role
