Bobbys Cronulla is seeking an experienced and motivated venue manager to join the team.
You're role will be to become a proactive member of the membership unit, oversee operations, lead a dynamic team of 5 supervisors and FOH staff whilst maintaining an ensure exceptional guest experience.
This is a hands‐on role, ideal for someone with strong leadership experience and a passion for hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage front-of-house operations, staff, and guest experience.
Ensure high standards of service, food, and beverage quality.
Train, develop, and motivate a team of hospitality professionals.
Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
Desire to run a section when required.
Nightly cash up and reporting.




Skills & Experience:
Proficient use of SevenRooms.
Proven experience in a management or similar leadership role.
Solid leadership and customer service skills.
Ability to manage a team in a high volume venue.
Solid knowledge of restaurant operations and health/safety regulations.
Schedule:
Must be available weekends
Full or part time roll available
