About the role:
The position is responsible for the gathering and documenting of technical, functional and design requirements from stakeholders and working closely with the development team to make sure all requests are delivered on time and to the specifications outlined by the stakeholders.
The Junior BA will be responsible for documenting and conducting UAT testing as well as ensuring that testing is performed by the relevant stakeholder.
Some of the key responsibilities are:
Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Retail and otherbusiness stakeholders togather, analyse, anddocument business requirements, system needs, andprocess improvement opportunities.
Analyse existing businessprocesses, operationalworkflows, and reportingpractices across areasincluding production, kitchenoperations, meat processing, inventory management,and supply chainto identify inefficienciesand recommendimprovements.
Evaluate business systems, processes, and dataflows to identifyopportunities for automation,



enhanced reporting capabilities, and improved operationalperformance.
Analyse labour, sales, inventory, and financialdata from systemsincluding MicrosoftDynamics 365 Finance& Operations (D365 F&O;), Power BI, Looker Studio, andFinance Data Cubeto provide actionableinsights for businessdecision-making.
Develop and maintainfunctional specifications, business requirementsdocumentation, process maps, and system documentationto supporttechnology solutions andbusiness improvements.
Work closely withsystem developers, datateams, and externalvendors to translatebusiness requirements intofunctional solutions andensure alignment withorganisational objectives.
Support the design, testing, implementation, and ongoing improvementof business systems, including preparationof test plans, test cases, anduser acceptance testing(UAT).
Participate in systemenhancement projects, includingD365 F&Omodulessuch; as rebatemanagement, demand planning, standard costing, inventorymanagement, and financialreporting processes.
Conduct data analysis and develop dashboards, reports, and performance metrics using tools such as Excel, Power BI, and Looker Studio to support Finance, Operations, and Leadership teams.
Monitor and analyse actual business performance against budgets, forecasts, and operational targets, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Support project planning activities by assisting with resource requirements, timelines, risk identification,



and implementation activities for system and process improvement initiatives.
Skills and Qualification
A relevant tertiaryqualification in InformationSystems, InformationTechnology, Engineering, Mathematics, or arelated discipline.
2-3 yearsof experience inweb production, digitalplatforms, ordigital management, withknowledge of webcontent management systems, web standards, andwebsite testing practices.
Strong analytical andproblem-solving skills, with the abilityto troubleshoot issues, evaluate solutions, andmake informed decisions.
Ability to workefficiently in a quick-paced environment, manage competing priorities, and deliver outcomeswithin agreed timelines.
Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonalskills, with theability to collaborateeffectively with cross-functional teams andstakeholders.
Experience developing andexecuting User AcceptanceTesting (UAT) testcases for websites, applications, or digitalplatforms is highlyregarded.
Experience working withinan Agile environmentand familiarity withproject management toolsand methodologies isdesirable.
