Role Summary
An opportunity is available for an experienced and organised Service Administrator to join a busy service operation in Lismore.
This role is well suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced workshop or dealership environment and plays a critical role in supporting service teams, customers, and daily operations through accurate administration and coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Open and close service jobs, including parts and timesheet allocation
Invoicing and follow-up of post-warranty and service work
Plan and schedule workshop jobs and service bookings
Process Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
Manage debtor and creditor accounts
Provide professional service and support to customers and internal teams
Assist with general administration to ensure smooth service operations
Contribute to a safety-focused and continuously improving workplace
Skills & Experience
Previous experience in service administration, workshop administration, or dealership environments
Background in parts, stores, service advising, warranty, or general administration (highly regarded)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing tasks
Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems
Professional presentation and customer-focused approach
Forklift licence (desirable but not essential)
