Lead & Inspire:Recruit, coach and motivate a talented team to achieve ambitious sales goals
Create Exceptional Experiences:Set the standard for warm,

Drive Store Success:Take ownership of sales performance, KPIs and the commercial success of the showroom

What We're Looking For:
Proven leadership experience in retail
Sales-driven with a customer-focused mindset
Team player, flexible, and hands-on (able to lift up to 20kg)
Experience in furniture, homewares, or related retail
