We welcome you to join our high performing QLD Logistics & Industrial team at JLL. This role focuses on property analysis and supports the team in providing analytical and administrative assistance to internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Maintain all data input for the QLD Industrial team
Create and maintain all property listings
Assist with collating marketing material
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to write and produce detailed property marketing reports
Overall responsibility of top‑quality pitch documents
Source, collect, and collate sales evidence and prepare detailed sales analyses
Create relationships with key stakeholders within the industry
Qualifications
Robust interest in the commercial property industry with a goal to become a sales and leasing agent
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Previous property experience highly regarded
Willingness to learn with a can‑do attitude
Well‑presented and well‑spoken,
able to build good relationships with stakeholders at all levels
Superior communication, time‑management and analytical skills
Bachelor’s degree in Property, Economics, Finance or related field (preferred but not required)
