The Role

Working alongside an experienced Project Manager, you'll play a key role in the successful delivery of projects from procurement through to final accounts.

Key Responsibilities
End-to-end subcontractor procurement and contract administration
Preparation and assessment of subcontract packages
Cost reporting, forecasting and budget management
Managing progress claims, variations and payments
Contract negotiations and administration
Liaising with clients, consultants and subcontractors
Supporting the delivery team to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

About You
Previous experience as a Contracts Administrator with a commercial builder
Solid understanding of commercial construction contracts
Experience delivering projects from approximately $5M-$50M
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a project team
Relevant tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or similar
