With depots in Albany, Bunbury, Busselton, and our growing Esperance depot , we are proud to support major infrastructure and civil projects across the state.

We are currently seeking experienced and reliable Traffic Controllers for a variety of exciting upcoming projects based out of our Esperance depot . If you are passionate about safety, enjoy working outdoors, and thrive in a team setting — we want to hear from you!

Please note: This is not a FIFO position. Applicants must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Esperance region.

Applicants must hold,



or be willing to obtain, the following:
Basic Worksite Traffic Management (BWTM)
Traffic Controller (TC) Accreditation
Construction Induction White/Blue Card
Current Driver's Licence

The Ideal Candidate
Able to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
Reliable, punctual, and available for flexible shifts
Calm under pressure and adaptable to changing site conditions
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Comfortable using smartphones and work-related apps
