Auto Masters Australia Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Workshop Manager to lead daily workshop operations and drive performance in a clean, efficient, fully resourced environment.

Responsibilities
Lead daily workshop operations and support your team to achieve goals.
Drive performance by hitting KPIs and exceeding sales targets.
Build and maintain solid relationships with customers, clients and suppliers.
Leverage product knowledge to build trust and repeat business.
Maintain a clean, safe, and productive workshop environment.
Ensure compliance with our Quality Assurance System and service standards.

Qualifications
Proven leadership experience in an automotive service centre.
Results‑driven mindset with a strong track record in sales and customer service.
Reliable, committed and confident in managing team performance.




Valid Australian driver’s licence.
Automotive Trade qualification (desirable but not essential).
Availability Monday to Friday and every second Saturday morning.
Must be an Australian Permanent Resident or Citizen.
