This is an exciting opportunity for a marketing qualified who enjoys coordinating multiple projects, working with a variety of stakeholders, and contributing to campaigns that drive brand awareness and business growth.
What you'll be doing
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the planning, coordination and execution of marketing campaigns across a range of channels.
Your responsibilities will include:
Coordinating the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns from brief through to execution
Developing creative briefs and tracking campaign deliverables, approvals and timelines
Liaising with internal teams including Marketing, Merchandise, Retail, eCommerce, CRM and Production, as well as external agencies and suppliers
Coordinating the collection, organisation and distribution of campaign assets and marketing collateral
Producing campaign documentation, promotional packs and internal communications
Supporting budget administration, invoice processing and approval workflows
What we're looking for




We're seeking a collaborative and detail-oriented marketing professional who can confidently manage competing priorities and build strong relationships across the business.
You'll bring:
A degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising or a related discipline
Minimum 2 years' experience in a marketing or marketing coordination role
Experience supporting and coordinating marketing campaigns
Strong organisational, time management and prioritisation skills
Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building capabilities
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
