The Role
In this role, you will:
Manager Council's debtor functions, including the timely raising of invoices, recovery of outstanding debts, and analysis of overdue accounts to support debt recovery actions
Support Council's revenue operations and ensuring accurate financial management
Support the Revenue Team with financial administration and reporting activities
What you'll bring
TAFE Diploma in Business/Accounting or equivalent experience.
High level of interpersonal and communication skills in resolving customer inquiries and complaints.
Demonstrated knowledge in revenue collection.
Knowledge of Word and Excel at an intermediate to advanced level.
A positive attitude and ability to learn new things quickly.
Demonstrated experience in data entry with a proven ability to accurately process transactions.
Sound mathematical and problem-solving skill
