Internal Sales / Inventory Controller - TLE Penrith
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and organisedInternal Sales / Inventory Controllerto join our team atTLE Penrithin a permanent, full-time position.
Ourtrading hours are 6:00am - 5:00pm Monday to Friday and 7:00am - 11:00am on Saturdays.Some Saturday work is required, with Saturday hours being7:00am - 11:00am.
This role is responsible for supporting customers, managing inventory, and assisting with project quotations.
Key responsibilities include:
Assisting customers at the counter and over the phone
Managing a portfolio of new and existing customers
Proactive outbound calls to maintain and grow relationships
Sourcing and negotiating with suppliers, and following up on orders
Building solid relationships with customers and suppliers
Inventory control and stock management

About You
We are looking for someone who is:
Customer-focused with a proactive, can-do attitude
Strongly organised with excellent attention to detail
Skilled in communication and interpersonal relations
Holds a current NSW Driver's Licence
Previous experience in the electrical wholesale industry is highly regarded butnot essential- full training will be provided to candidates who demonstrate a willingness to learn, grow, and develop within the role.
