Hours:Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm

We are currently seeking an organised and customer-focused Warehouse Administrator to join our busy team based in Enfield.
This is an ongoing opportunity offering consistent full-time hours for someone who thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment.
Key Responsibilities
Liaise with customers regarding delivery schedules and updates.
Coordinate and arrange timely re-deliveries when required.
Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email in a professional manner.
Work closely with the warehouse and transport teams to ensure efficient dispatch operations.
Update delivery information and maintain accurate records in company systems.
Monitor outstanding deliveries and proactively resolve issues.




Provide general administrative support to the dispatch team.
About You
Previous administration experience, ideally within a warehouse, transport, or logistics environment.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Robust organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
High attention to detail and accurate data entry skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and computer systems.
