As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining high-speed manufacturing equipment while ensuring product quality and efficient production flow.
Shift pattern:Rotating roster, including day and night shifts (6am to 6pm, 6pm to 6am, 2 days, 2 nights, 4 days off)
What you'll do:
Operate and maintain high-speed manufacturing equipment to ensure smooth production
Perform mechanical tasks, including component change-outs and resolving equipment faults
Monitor equipment to meet quality standards and optimise production efficiency
Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on machinery
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve production issues
