The Chance
As a Site Engineer, you will support the full lifecycle of infrastructure projects, handling civil, structural and utility components.
Responsibilities
Actively participate in all stages of project delivery including tender handovers, launches, site establishment, risk management, construction staging, methodology and procurement.
Manage safety, time, cost and quality.
Manage and develop the engineering team.
Plan and programme projects.
Liaise with and manage client relationships.
Monitor performance of construction crews and subcontractors against estimates.
Report and mitigate performance issues.
Report production costs daily, weekly and monthly.
Procure plant, equipment and material.
Issue PMPs, SWMs and MSDs.
Ensure project compliance with the Integrated Management System.
Qualifications
Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering (or Civil Engineering and/or Project Management).
At least 3–4 years experience delivering civil infrastructure projects.
Proven ability to build relationships with key stakeholders and team members.
Experience working with authorities such as local councils, utilities and major road project authorities.
