Meet our agile Solution Engineering team in Sydney, Australia, and be part of a results‑driven pre‑sales group supporting the ANZ Splunk Scale business.

Responsibilities
Demonstrate and evangelize Splunk products and services through onsite sessions, webinars, and field events.
Lead discovery calls and conversations to identify and validate opportunities, independently or with your sales counterpart.
Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers and partners throughout the sales cycle and beyond.
Conduct on‑site customer engagements, including Proof of Value/Concept demonstrations.
Address complex technical inquiries and resolve customer concerns to ensure successful outcomes.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to continuously improve working practices, processes, and customer success.

Minimum Qualifications
Proven experience in enterprise presales, ideally 5+ years,



with a technical focus.
Ability to understand complex application settings and machine data sources (logs, security data, network data, etc.).
Strong ability to articulate complex technical solutions to customers and partners.
Experience working with cross‑functional teams to deliver customer value and improve processes.

Preferred Qualifications
Hands‑on knowledge of Splunk solutions and experience demonstrating their value to commercial customers.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
Working knowledge of AI concepts & practical adoption of AI capabilities.
Familiarity with open‑source technologies, search engines, and query languages.
Experience in security or observability solutions.
Scripting languages is a plus.
Ability to thrive in a multicultural, fast‑paced workplace.
