Job Description
Drive an exceptional customer experience and achieve sales and KPI targets.
Empower the team through ongoing training, mentoring and collaboration.
Motivate the team to meet sales targets and business key performance indicators.
Drive operational excellence, manage rosters, and prepare back‑of‑house administration.
Work Tuesday to Saturday (32 hours a week).

About the Candidate
Experience in a similar role, supervising a small team.
Robust people leadership, with proven ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success.
Ability to build and maintain customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service.
An eye for detail, with a passion for styling and visual merchandising.
Demonstrated commercial acumen with an ability to assist in driving sales, wage targets and shrinkage KPI’s in line with budgets.
