Royal Freemasons is inviting Expressions of Interest from current Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) at Coppin Centre Residential Aged Care Facility who are interested in either:
Increasing their contracted hours, or
Transitioning from casual to a permanent part time position.

As we continue to align staffing levels to meet the needs of our residents, additional rostered hours and permanent opportunities may become available across morning, afternoon, and evening shifts.

This is an excellent chance to secure regular hours, build stronger connections with residents and your team, and continue contributing to the delivery of high‑quality, person‑centred care.

Key Responsibilities
Provide high‑quality personal care and support to residents in line with their individual care plans.
Assist residents with mobility, meals, personal hygiene, and daily living activities.
Maintain accurate documentation and follow all care, safety, and infection control procedures.




Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure residents receive the best possible care.

Eligibility
Current Royal Freemasons employees (casual or permanent).
Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent qualification.
Commitment to providing person‑centred care and demonstrating values of Kindness, Respect, and Integrity.
Reliable attendance and performance record.
Flexibility to work across various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
