Hours:Full-time – 35 hours per week (7 hours per day)
Location:Parramatta (Office-based role – no work from home, no site inspections or site visits)
About the role We are seeking an experiencedSenior Property Officer – Construction & Inspectionsto join a busy property services team.
In this role, you will independently manage construction, renovation, repair and maintenance projects for residential properties, while coordinating external consultants and service providers to deliver quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Manage construction, modification, renovation, repair and maintenance projects from commencement through to completion.




Coordinate external consultants and service providers to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
Provide expert advice on residential building plans, specifications and construction matters.
Work closely with customers, colleagues and external stakeholders to achieve positive project outcomes.
Manage competing priorities while ensuring risks are identified and effectively mitigated.
About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
Tertiary qualifications or recent experience in construction, project management or a related discipline.
Experience interpreting residential building plans and specifications.
Solid knowledge of Australian Building Standards and the National Construction Code.
