The Role
We are seeking aQualified Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Technician.
You will be responsible for:
Installation, servicing, maintenance, and repair of commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems
Diagnosing faults and completing effective repairs
System testing,



commissioning, and reporting
Completing service documentation and maintaining accurate job records
Assisting with job planning, materials, and equipment requirements
Working with project teams, supervisors, and clients to achieve successful outcomes
Maintaining high standards of workmanship, safety, and professionalism

About You
We are looking for someone who:
Is a qualified Technician with2–5 years post-trade experience
Has experience with commercial systems and is comfortable working across a variety of commercial sites, including plant rooms, rooftops and ceiling spaces
Takes pride in producing quality workmanship
Has strong problem-solving and fault-finding skills
Is reliable, organised and self-motivated
Can work independently while being a positive part of a team
Has positive communication skills and a professional approach with customers and colleagues
Essential Qualifications:
Certificate III in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning
QBCC Mechanical Services – Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Occupational Licence
Queensland Restricted Electrical Licence
Refrigerant Handling Licence (ARCtick)
Construction White Card
Manual Driver's Licence
Due to client requirements, the successful applicant will be required to successfully complete a pre-employment medical assessment and National Police Check.
