Job Responsibilities
Full-function accounts payable processing
Accurate coding and entry of supplier invoices
Matching purchase orders, invoices, and delivery documentation




Managing payment runs in line with agreed schedules
Handling supplier enquiries and resolving discrepancies promptly
Reconciling supplier statements and investigating variances
Maintaining accurate records and supporting audit requirements
Assisting with month-end accounts payable processes

Ideal Candidate
High level time management skills
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
High level numeracy and reconciliation skills
Intermediate knowledge of Excel and outlook
Ability to thrive in a high volume and rapid paced environment
