Client Advisor - Growth & Intake

Alzheimer’s Queensland (AQ) is a respected not-for-profit organisation delivering cutting-edge, high-quality aged care services to older people and individuals living with low to complex care needs. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a confident and driven Client Advisor to play a key role in expanding our client base and strengthening our community connections.

This is more than a customer service role — it is a growth-focused position where you will directly contribute to increasing service uptake, supporting organisational targets, and ensuring a seamless intake experience for new clients.

The Opportunity

As the first point of contact for prospective clients, families, and representatives, you will:
Convert enquiries into active clients through professional, empathetic engagement
Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls
Conduct phone-based needs discussions and confidently navigate the My Aged Care portal
Identify opportunities to grow service delivery across CHSP and Support at Home programs
Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth,



timely service commencement
Collaborate with operational teams to meet growth and intake targets

About You
Proven experience in client intake, sales, call centre, aged care, or healthcare settings
Mandatory experience using the My Aged Care system
Strong phone-based communication and relationship-building skills
Commercial awareness with the ability to identify growth opportunities
Highly organised, resilient, and comfortable working in a target-aware and performance focused environment
Skilled, empathetic, and solutions-focused

The Details
Permanent Full-Time (76 hours per fortnight)
Based onsite at Upper Mount Gravatt Head Office
Adaptable rotating roster between the hours of 7.00am - 5:00pm
