The Opportunity
Immediate start
Ipswich area, QLD
Monday to Friday with occasional Saturdays as required
Long-term project pipeline with work secured into ****

The Project
You'll join a125-lot residential subdivisioncurrently in its final delivery stages and finishing works.
Following completion, you'll transition directly intoStage 3, of a majorcivil packagecomprising sewer, stormwater, roadworks, retaining walls and landscaping.
About the Role
As the Leading Hand, you'll lead from the front, ensuring crews remain productive, safe and focused while working closely with the Supervisor and Project Engineer.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading site crews and coordinating subcontractors
Planning daily activities and allocating work




Maintaining programme and productivity
Monitoring quality and compliance
Coordinating plant, materials and deliveries
Completing daily reports, dockets and production records
Promoting a solid safety culture across site
About You
To be successful, you'll bring:
6+ years' experience in civil construction
Residential subdivision or land development experience
Proven ability to lead crews and subcontractors on site
Strong understanding of safety, quality and productivity
Experience completing daily site paperwork, plant records and dockets
White Card
Current First Aid Certificate
