THE ROLEProperty ManagerIn this role you'll manage a residential portfolio across Canberra, delivering standout service across the property management lifecycle including routines, maintenance, arrears, and owner relationships.
You'll report to our General Manager directly within a supportive team that moves quickly and does things right.Key responsibilities
Management of a residential portfolio
Routine inspections, entry and exit reports, and condition management
Maintenance coordination including triage, quotes, approvals,



contractor management, and follow‐up
Rent arrears management with clear communication, action plans, and escalation where required
Owner communications with updates, recommendations, and an asset‐performance mindset
Compliance and documentation including notices, renewals, timeframes, and record keeping
Resolve issues calmly and professionally with tenants, owners, and contractorsTribunal preparation and support when required depending on experience
