We're on the search for an enthusiastic and passionate Barista Trainer & Account Manager to join the Five Senses Coffee team in Adelaide!

This is a full-time, hands-on and multifaceted role, working closely with our SA Sales Manager based in North Adelaide.
The purpose of the role is to build strong relationships and lasting partnerships with new and existing cafés across Adelaide while delivering barista training at our purpose-built Barista Academy and providing on-site support to our café partners.
As our Barista Trainer & Account Manager, you'll equip café owners and baristas with the knowledge, skills and resources they need to create exceptional coffee programs.

Requirements
Specialty coffee knowledge and broad hospitality experience, with an eagerness to share your expertise and continue growing as a coffee skilled.
Experience in sales or account management is desirable.
Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
Strong computer literacy, with the ability to confidently use CRM systems, Microsoft Office and other in-house technology to manage customer relationships, reporting and day-to-day administration.
A valid driver's licence is essential for this role.
