About the role:
Operate plant and equipment safely and efficiently
Complete civil construction works to a high standard
Carry out daily pre‐start checks and basic maintenance
Work alongside supervisors and project teams to achieve project goals
Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, and productivity
What we're looking for:
Proven experience working on civil construction projects
Experience in GPS operating desirable
Relevant tickets and licences
Solid understanding of workplace health and safety requirements
Ability to follow site instructions and work as part of a team
Reliable attitude with a strong work ethic
Commitment to delivering quality results
Available Monday through to Friday, including night shifts
