Working closely with Site Supervisors and Project Delivery team, you'll play a key role in ensuring projects run smoothly from start to finish.
No two days are the same, and you'll have the chance to develop your skills across project administration, contracts, compliance, and financial administration.
What you'll be doing
Supporting Site Supervisors with work orders, invoicing and project administration
Preparing variations, Extension of Time (EOT) requests and project documentation
Processing client, supplier and subcontractor invoices
Maintaining project, financial and compliance records
Assisting with subcontractor onboarding and compliance tracking
Providing administration support across multiple projects and contracts
Answering incoming enquiries and supporting the day-to-day running of the office

About you
You'll be someone who:
Is highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
Enjoys working in a busy, team-focused environment
Can confidently juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Has strong communication and customer service skills
Takes initiative, solves problems and follows tasks through to completion
Is confident using Microsoft Office and learning new systems
Wants to grow their career within project administration and operations
The successful candidates will be willing to get and maintain a Working with Children's Check and a National Criminal History Check dated within the last 2 years.
