AFTERNOON / NIGHT SHIFT – Warehouse Administrator

Our client, a leading company within theDistribution and Logistics industry, is currently seeking an experienced and reliableWarehouse Administratorto support theirafternoon and night shift operations.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on administrative role within a high-volume warehouse environment.
You will play a key role in supporting warehouse and transport operations, ensuring accurate data entry, smooth driver flow, and exceptional customer service.
Shifts Available
Afternoon Shift:2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Night Shift:10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Pay Rates
Afternoon Shift:$***** per hour + Overtime Rates
Night Shift:$***** per hour + Overtime Rates
Key Responsibilities
Accurate and timely data entry intoWMS (Paperless)andTMS (PWS/Bustle)
Process customer bookings and ensure compliance with booking procedures
Manage and respond to customer and driver emails professionally
Provide on-site administrative support to drivers and warehouse staff
Prepare and process paperwork forstorage, cross-docking, inbound and despatch freight




Managecontainer bookingsandorder releases
EnsurePOD compliance, delivery window compliance, and driver service standards
Go Ramp managementand driver coordination
Prepare labels, pallet documentation, and manifests
Handle customer enquiries and complaints effectively
Reporting and general administrative support as required
To Be Successful, You Must Have
Previous experience in awarehouse, transport, or logistics administrationrole
Strong data entry skills with excellent attention to detail
Experience usingWMS and TMS platforms(Paperless / PWS / Bustle highly regarded)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in afast-paced, high-volume environment
Robust organisational and time-management skills
Reliable transport and punctual attendance
Flexibility to workafternoon and night shifts
Pre-Employment Requirements
All shortlisted candidates will be required to complete aPre-Employment Medical, including aDrug & Alcohol Test, conducted on-site by an Occupational Nurse during the interview process.
