Morphett Vale Primary School is seeking two passionate and committed leaders to join our highly regarded Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) service:
OSHC Director – Full Time (38 hours per week)
Assistant Director – Part Time (15 hours per week)
Located within a welcoming Birth to Year 6 school community that includesOccasional Care, Preschool and Primary School, our OSHC service provides high-qualityBefore School Care, After School Care and Vacation Careprograms for both preschool and school-aged children.

The Opportunities
We are seeking passionate leaders to join our highly regarded OSHC service.
Director (Level 8) – 38 Hours Per Week:Lead the strategic and operational management of the service, including staffing, budgeting, compliance, quality improvement and team leadership.
Assistant Director (Level 7) – 15 Hours Per Week:Support the Director with daily operations, educator mentoring, program delivery and quality improvement initiatives.
We're Looking for Leaders Who:

Demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills.
Value collaboration and continuous improvement.
Have experience in OSHC, Early Childhood Education or School Age Care.
Essential Requirements:
ACECQA-approved Diploma, WWCC, First Aid/CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training, RRHAN-EC, Child Safety Training, Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check, and knowledge of NQF, MTOP and Child Safe Standards.
