About the Role
As a Mortgage Broker, you'll work closely with clients to provide tailored lending solutions across:
Residential lending
Refinancing
Investment lending
First home buyer finance
Key responsibilities include:
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Managing clients throughout the entire lending process
Generating new business opportunities through referrals and networking
Structuring and recommending lending solutions
Liaising with lenders, solicitors, and real estate professionals
Delivering exceptional customer service from enquiry through to settlement
About You

Essential Requirements
Cert IV and Diploma in Finance & Mortgage Broking
Previous experience in banking, lending, or finance
Strong communication and customer service skills
Professional presentation and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ideally, You Will Have
Existing industry relationships or referral networks
Experience managing the end-to-end lending process
A growth mindset and strong work ethic
