The Role
You will lead the delivery of advanced analytics solutions from problem definition through to production deployment.
You will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, engineers and offshore delivery teams to develop scalable machine learning solutions that generate real business value.
You'll have the opportunity to solve challenging problems involving forecasting, optimisation, predictive modelling and commercial analytics within a complex enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of machine learning and advanced analytics initiatives.
Design, develop and deploy production-ready predictive models.
Build forecasting, optimisation and recommendation models.
Develop robust feature engineering and data preparation pipelines.
Monitor model performance, drift and ongoing optimisation.
Translate business challenges into analytical solutions.
Present insights and recommendations to senior business stakeholders.
Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to technical leadership.
Work collaboratively with local and offshore engineering teams.
Promote best practices across Data Science and MLOps.
About You




You are passionate about solving complex business problems using data and enjoy working with stakeholders to turn ideas into production-ready solutions.
5+ years' commercial Data Science experience.
Strong Python experience (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-Learn and related libraries).
Advanced SQL skills.
Strong background in:
Time Series Forecasting
Regression
Classification
Experience deploying machine learning models into production.
Hands-on experience with Azure Machine Learning or similar cloud ML platforms.
Experience working with Snowflake or enterprise cloud data warehouses.
Strong understanding of MLOps, model monitoring and lifecycle management.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering or similar.
Nice to Have
Pricing or revenue analytics.
Explainable AI.
A/B Testing.
Experience working within large enterprise environments.
Experience mentoring or leading technical teams.
