About the role

We are seeking a Migration Support Officer who can provide assistance to our team of migration agents and case managers to prepare a variety of visa applications.

The candidate must be able to work in a proactive fast‑pace team and coordinate work under pressure.

Key responsibilities
Assist Case Managers and RMAs with allocated visa and nomination cases
Prepare and complete visa, nomination, and sponsorship application forms under supervision
Draft supporting statements and application summaries as instructed
Upload applications and supporting documents via ImmiAccount and other online systems
Request, receive, and organise client documents according to visa checklists
Verify documents for completeness, consistency, and compliance
Maintain accurate digital and physical client files
Track missing documents and follow up with clients and third parties
Communicate with clients regarding document requests, timelines, and application progress
Liaise with employers, accountants, skills assessing authorities, and other stakeholders
Draft professional correspondence including emails and standard letters




Respond to routine client enquiries under supervision
Monitor ImmiAccount for requests, updates, and correspondence
Assist in responding to Requests for Further Information (RFI) and s56 requests
Track application status and update internal systems accordingly
Update CRM or case management systems with accurate case notes
Monitor application milestones, deadlines, and expiry dates
Assist with reporting on application progress and KPIs

Essential skills
Robust written and verbal communication skills in English
Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Robust organisational and time‑management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously in a fast‑paced setting
Qualified and client-focused communication style
Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision of Registered Migration Agents (RMAs)
High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism
Previous experience in a law firm or migration agency is mandatory
