About the Role

We are seeking highly organised Rostering Officers and a Rostering Lead to coordinate and administer shift rosters for a large operational workforce. Working closely with managers and employees, you will ensure rosters are accurately prepared, maintained, and communicated while supporting compliance with workplace agreements, fatigue management requirements, and payroll processes.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and maintain employee rosters and shift schedules.
Respond to roster-related enquiries from staff and stakeholders.
Ensure roster compliance with workplace policies and procedures.
Maintain accurate employee and roster records.
Reconcile roster information with timesheets and payroll requirements.
Produce reports and analyse workforce and roster data.
Support workforce administration and operational planning activities.

About You
Experience in rostering, workforce planning, HR administration, payroll support, or a similar operational workplace.
Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.




Proven ability to work autonomously and prioritise competing tasks.
Experience using workforce, HR, or rostering systems.
Robust Microsoft Excel skills and data-reporting capability highly regarded.
