WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
Deliver professional, high quality customer service by responding promptly to customer enquiries across inbound calls and emails
Resolve customer account and billing enquiries accurately and efficiently in line with company service standards and procedures
Record customer interactions and enquiries accurately ensuring complete and up-to-date information




Promote self‑service options where appropriate and identify opportunities to improve the customer experience by reducing repeat enquiries
Work collaboratively with internal teams to investigate issues, process billing adjustments, and achieve timely resolutions for customers
Act as a billing subject matter expert, promoting self‑service solutions where appropriate and supporting continuous improvement in customer processes
This is a full‑time position, working a monthly rotating roster with shifts scheduled between 7:00am (during DLS) and 5:00pm
