UnitingCare Queensland is seeking a Services Manager for Individual & Family Support – Family Protection, based flexibly across Ipswich, Caboolture, Maroochydore or Brisbane.
The role oversees Men's Behaviour Change and Counselling Services, ensuring protected, compliant, and high-quality delivery with strong leadership.
You will lead a multi-location, multidisciplinary team, manage budgets, funder requirements and risk, and drive service development in collaboration with government and community
