With an ambitious expansion strategy and a collaborative leadership team, finance plays a critical role in driving commercial outcomes and supporting strategic decision‐making across the business.
The Opportunity
This is a broad commercial finance role that offers far more than budgeting and reporting.
Working closely with the CFO and senior leadership team, you'll provide the financial insight that underpins key business decisions.
From developing financial models and investment cases to supporting acquisition opportunities and partnering with operational leaders, you'll become a trusted commercial advisor across the organisation.
You'll also act as a key finance contact for the investors, contributing to board reporting, investment analysis and strategic planning as the business continues to grow.
Key Responsibilities




Partner with operational leaders to provide commercial analysis and decision support.
Develop financial models and business cases to evaluate strategic opportunities.
Lead budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting activities.
Deliver commercial insights to improve business performance and profitability.
Support acquisition activity, including financial analysis, due diligence and integration.
Prepare reporting and presentations for the Executive Leadership Team, Board and private equity stakeholders.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting and commercial performance.
Contribute to strategic initiatives that support the ongoing growth of the business.
About You
You are likely in your second move within commercial finance and are looking for broader exposure and greater influence within a growing organisation.
You'll ideally bring:
CA or CPA qualification.
Experience within Commercial Finance, FP&A; or Business Partnering.
Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
The ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across all levels of the business.
A proactive mindset with the confidence to challenge, question and add value.
Experience within a fast‐paced or growth environment will be highly regarded.
