Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and motivate your team to achieve and exceed sales targets
Successfully guide teams through change and the introduction of new products, services, and technologies
Drive team engagement, product knowledge, and customer service excellence
Oversee daily store operations, including rostering, inventory management, visual merchandising, and compliance
Deliver exceptional customer experiences through strong leadership and coaching

About You
Proven success in a sales leadership role within a KPI-driven environment
Demonstrated ability to lead and support teams through change

Previous leadership experience, preferably within a retail workplace
