Employment Type: Casual Positions (20 hours fortnight)

Remuneration: $45.35 - $49.47 ph + (includes 25% casual loading) +Super +Salary Packaging +Access to staff discounts & perks

About The Role

As a Disability Support Worker , you will play a vital role in enhancing the well-being of individuals with disabilities by providing tailored support to help them live independently, engage in the community, and develop essential life skills.
Delivering creative and engaging individual or group activities
Supporting clients in achieving personal and developmental goals
Assisting with daily living tasks, including personal care and meal preparation
Providing in-home and community-based support to promote independence
Encouraging skill development through mentoring and positive role modeling
Collaborating with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure high-quality care




Maintaining accurate records and documentation in compliance with guidelines

About You
Creativity and motivation to deliver meaningful support
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A client-focused approach, valuing inclusivity and respect
Adaptability and problem-solving skills to work in dynamic environments
Experience working with neuro-diverse individuals (desirable but not essential)
NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
Valid QLD Driver’s License
